Hi all, I've created the final surface on one of my images and noticed that mris_euler_number has detected defects. I've gone back to edit what i think is the problem and was wandering if I need to go through the whol process again (create surface -> Fix topology correction -> Create final surface), or if I can just run create final surface again. Thanks, Alex
