Is there any way to view the change in deeper cortical structures in freesurfer in a longitudinal stream run study like you can see with tksurfer and cortical thickness?

do you mean voxel maps on an invididual subject? Or groups maps? I don't think we have either, but perhaps Martin can comment if you clarify.

Either one would be good, but the group map would probably be what I am asking for. Anything that showed a picture is what I'm trying to say.....like a picture that showed where in the sub cortical regions two groups would be significantly different, cross-sectional or longitudinally.
