Hello Freesurfer users,
Does anyone know a command to automatically expand (grow/dilute) a label file along the surface, e.g. add neighbouring vertices to the label?
Thanks, Martha Shiell

Hi Martha
you can dilate the label in either tksurfer (tools->label->dilate label) or in the dev version of mri_label2label (which you will need to download)

Try using mri_label2label with the --dilate option doug
