Hi Mostafa

autorecon2-cp assumes that you have previously run autorecon2. What are you trying to do here? If you just want to run through the end of autrecon2, remove the “-cp” from your command line

But process was stopped after half an hour with this error: $ cat /share/users/mfakhri/freeSurfer-analys/subjects/fastWM/mri/error.log mghRead(/share/users/mfakhri/freeSurfer-analys/subjects/fastWM/mri/norm.mgz, -1): could not open file
