Dear users,
We have added to the development version of FreeSurfer a tool to turn a clinical scan of any resolution and contrast intro a synthetic 1mm T1 MPRAGE that you can segment, register, etc with FreeSurfer (or any other tool, really). The tool has a dedicated mode for low-field Hyperfine scans (which are becoming increasingly popular) and also works to some extent with CT scans.
Early feedback on the tool is greatly appreciated.
