Hi,
I'm a student researcher at LIAA https://secure-web.cisco.com/1pfeP0epsm_y7bnsj34ME3qFtKtcJHnsPc9xhFQXeP1DZjgM0loklXETJOU5vQwUINb2xjFmOe37nZtHxqvm3YJs4rQsDx_eAOycA0zwGkL7cCEnBLmXJn0WdBQG-n57rcDf_9g4dygqlEubnrLp5oNHMgp0xPzpv-CBlWyv1bQrCIGrzPHQbcnz2Exr01-N9KcuE0FdS2lmgs9_oVFB63IOgVp8b42z-31vxuc4X888c7kYARvvMPzCew3tZPkcsQ_zf2AcG_m9_ckC6Snct_ifNVJyKJdxnF0vXfs3wUGbTA4LmXA7lIEcN8H4x_aiGVV8jk_J0fTOtyzypWhfeTw/https%3A%2F%2Fliaa.dc.uba.ar%2F under Diego Fernandez Slezak. I've been trying to run mri_synthsr under multiple resolutions but seem to get very noticeable artifacts even at higher resolutions. Here is an example output after running mri_synthsr: [image: image.png]
The input image used is 160x256x256 and is attached in this email. The command used to generate this output is mri_synthsr --i <input file> --o <output file> Any guidance or explanation for these artifacts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Matias Grynberg Portnoy
