Hello all, I have a basic question regarding the wm edition. As you can see in the images attached, the white matter mask includes the ventricle in one side but excludes it in the other. My question is: do I have to draw the voxels that are excluded from the white matter mask? I apologize if this issue has been previously raised. Best, Manuel
Hi Manuel
have you looked at the aseg? The ventricles are supposed to be filled automatically using it. What FS version are you using? Usually we don't want any surface inside the ventricles (which you have a bit of in your image)
