Good night,
I would like some help to extract mri_anatomical_stats with lobeStrict annot for multiple subjects in a table format, with the results for all subjects there. I've already tried aparcstats2table and I don't got how to insert the lobeStrict annot there.
Thank you very much, Fernanda Moraes
If you look in the recon-all.log file, you will find the call to mris_anatomical stats used to generate the aparc.stats files. Just modify it select your annotation and output stats file name

Douglas,
I'm already extracting the data with mris_anatomical_stats -a SUBJ225/label/lh.lobesStrict.annot -b SUBJ225 lh But I would like to do it now for multiple subjects at once, as the data extraction. Righ now I'm just copying it to a table, one by one.
Thank you!

Run it for each subject using -f subject/stats/lh.lobesStrict.stats, then use aparcstats2table with -p lobesStrict to get a summary across all subjects
