Hi all,
I have two questions:
1. Does tkmedit, or freeview work under VirtualBox 2. Is it possible to parcelate white matter in freesurfer?
Thanks,
Martin

Hi Martin
1. Yes, I think people have done this. 2. Yes, we automatically generate a white matter parcellation and store it in the volume wmparc.mgz
if you have diffusion data you can check out Anastasia Yendiki's excellent TRACULA tool.
cheers Bruce

Hi Bruce,
I thought to have a bit of fun with c++ instead of Matlab and would like to use ITK to open the wmparc.mgz. I have FreeSurfer sources dating back to December 2010including itkMGHImageIO. Have there been any important changes, based on which I should rather get the most recent version of the sources?
Thanks,
Martin
