External Email - Use Caution

Dear Freesurfer course team,

I hope everything is going great in Boston. My name is Aimee Flores and I took the freesurfer course online last June. I have a follow-up question about freesurfer brainmask correction. Is it possible that after a brainmask correction the aseg file gets distorted so that it seems like a sulci is displaced? Do you know what could be causing this and any possible solutions?

Did the run from the person modified segmentation in M1 correction worked out? otherwise to ask the freesurfer team as would be nice to know how to troubleshooting it in case it happens again.
