The file passed to --reg should be a registration file. This is a text file with the transformation matrix and a few other things, not a volume file.

I was attempting to reconstruct a monkey brain, i encountered an error during talairach registration step, i have used tkregister2 to manually edit the registration but i have gotten error there too:

Do you have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this one?
