amygdala nuclear subregions - Freesurfer

      Hi Heidi,
segmentation of amygdalar subregions is currently not yet implemented in FreeSurfer, but we are working on including this feature soon.

Dear FreeSurfer developers,
In the FreeSurferColorLut file I see labels for the subregions of the amygdala.
Is it possible to extract the volumes for these regions? And how can I do this? I don't see them in the aseg or aparc stat files.
