Dear FreeSurfers,

I have a very basic question (which I'm hoping also has a basic answer!):

I know that the Talairach coordinates provided in tksurfer are based on a conversion using MNI space, but I'm wondering: is there a way to input specific Talairach coordinates into Freesurfer to identify a specific ROI, then use those those coordinates can be examined across different surfaces (i.e. different subjects)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
