i'm not sure what you mean by swapped sides. also, can you examine the terminal output to check that rh and lh are being used properly? others on the list are seeing some unusual rh/lh problems in qdec that i dont see (yet).

Hello,
I have concern about a possible left-right swap issue in my analysis using QDEC.
I have compared 2 groups for parcellated cortical volumes using lh.aparc.volume.stats and rh.aparc.volume.stats files imported by QDEC from each subject. This gives differing significant regions for each hemisphere.
I then ran QDEC on the 2 groups of subjects for vertex based lh and rh volume at 10mm FWHM, and find the significant regions have swapped sides.
Have I done something wrong? Is there any other explaination?
Thanks
