When map_all_labels is run is it using the average7 brain to know where to map the labels onto the surfaces? Also why are the labels (such as the central sulcus) generated by map_all_labels and parcellate_subject different?

Hi Keyma,
map_all_labels is not needed since the parcellation stuff was created. It mapped based on only spherical coords of average7, ignoring the geometry of the surface (which the parcellation uses).
