Thank you for the quick reply, as always. In that case I may have to stick with version 4.2 for these analyses as this is my dissertation data. I'll definitely upgrade when 5.0 comes out and then recon-all of my data.

I have about 60 brains that went through reconstruction with 4.2 and was wondering if the reconstructions/data will be affected at all by updating to 4.5? Will I need to re-run part of recon-all in order to use the updated Destrieux atlas?
