Thank you for the quick reply, as always. In that case I may have to stick with version 4.2 for these analyses as this is my dissertation data. I'll definitely upgrade when 5.0 comes out and then recon-all of my data.
Take care,
Jesse

you should also be aware that we are close to releasing version 5, so you might want to wait to do your re-analysis

Hi Jesse,
we always recommend reprocessing your data after an upgrade. We try very hard to retain any manual interventions you may have taken, so it should just be compute time. Sorry :<

Hi everyone,
We are currently running version 4.2 and will be updating to version 4.5. I have about 60 brains that went through reconstruction with 4.2 and was wondering if the reconstructions/data will be affected at all by updating to 4.5? Will I need to re-run part of recon-all in order to use the updated Destrieux atlas?
Thank you for your time, Jesse
