Hi,
Unfortunately I don't think the superior excluded stuff is dura... There's a snapshot of the T1. I think there's gray matter missing all around....
Cheers,
Ines

Hi Ines,
most of it looks reasonable, although it's always hard to tell from slices without being able to scroll back and forth. The superior stuff that is excluded looks like dura, but I'd need to be able to see the whole volume to tell. The regions that doesn't look so good is the collatarel sulcus. Is there missing wm there? If so, adding control points could help.

Hi Ines,
it's hard to tell anything from these images. Can you change the window levels a bit? Try setting the brightness to .5 or so.

Sure.
Here goes two snapshots of two different slices of the coronal view

one
form the horizontal view.

can you send us an image or two? On Sun, 26 Aug 2007, Inês Souta wrote:
Hi there,
I need to edit the pial surface. It isn't getting out far enough all
over
the cortex. I'm sure it is not a skull stripping problem. Do I need
to
add
control points everywhere in order to correct this? Isn't there
another
way?
Thanks
