I am looking at freesurfer tutorial 2007-08-20, pages 152 - 155. I attached the certain pages to this email. Here the command within the tutorial:
"Now select Tools -> Group -> Graph Marked Vertices Avg to update the plot with the data averaged over the selected ROI:" (p. 155).
