Dear all,
I have a problem regarding tksurfer ROI cluster extraction after full mc-simulation: I marked my cluster of interest as described in the freesurfer tutorial. But when I choose Tools --> Group, "Graph marked vertices avg" is not selectable. Is this due to a license or package problem?

I am looking at freesurfer tutorial 2007-08-20, pages 152 - 155. I attached the certain pages to this email. Here the command within the tutorial:
"Now select Tools -> Group -> Graph Marked Vertices Avg to update the plot with the data averaged over the selected ROI:" (p. 155).

At least full mc simulation was possible with this tutorial. So, I got some significant clusters and I tried to do a ROI extraction of them. Unfortunately it is not working. Do you see the problem attached to this email?

The next step would be to do a correlation between symptom severity and the clustering. Therefore, I want to do a ROI extraction. The aim is to see whether the severity of symptoms correlates with the degree of the structural brain alterations found.
