External Email - Use Caution
Hi,
Thank you for your help!
I have little prior knowledge using freesurfer can I confirm which is probably a silly question - that when adding thr -cw256 to the command line it will look like this:
recon-all -subject subjectname -i invol1 <-i invol2> -all -cw256
Kindest regards, Ellie

Yes, some of the commands inside recon-all do not support a field of view over 256mm, which yours apparently is. I keep meaning to fix this, but we only see it once a year or so and I forget. In any event, just add -cw256 to the command line.

External Email - Use CautionHi there,
I am attempting to perform the recon-all command for my T1 nii file.
When I run the recon-all command I get the following error message:
ERROR! FOV=288.000 > 256 Include the flag -cw256 with recon-all! Inspect orig.mgz to ensure the head is fully visible.
I am seeking some support to overcome this issue - I understand this would include the flag -cw256.
Freesurfer version: freesurfer-darwin-macOS-7.2.0-20210713-aa8f76b Platform: OSX 7.2.0 Recon-all.log file attached below
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards, Ellie
