Ok, I tried to unset the FSLTCLSH variable (which is the only one that came up when I grep TCL) to see if that allowed me to use keyboard input with tksurfer, but it didn't work.
I really need to be able to use the keyboard with tksurfer so that I can save label files and rgbs, etc. Is there any way I can get this fixed? Please?
