Dear Freesurfers,
I know that differences in FS versions and operating systems can lead to different results.
Thus my question: Would it be possible/advisable to run different steps of the RecommendedRecontruction on different operating systems? I would like to do talairach and control points for all my healthy subjects on a Linux based computer (Suse) and then switch to a Mac (OS X Mountain Lion) for further steps and use 5.1 on both machines.
