Hi, I have indeed the same outputs. Here is the output of the below commands:
[schopenhauer:LC_HYP] (nmr-dev-env) which mri_sclimbic_seg /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/bin/mri_sclimbic_seg
[schopenhauer:LC_HYP] (nmr-dev-env) which fspython /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/bin/fspython
[schopenhauer:LC_HYP] (nmr-dev-env) bash -x `which mri_sclimbic_seg` --s HAB_008_CST_2.4 + '[' '!' -e /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1 ']' + exec /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/bin/fspython /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/python/scripts/mri_sclimbic_seg --s HAB_008_CST_2.4 /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/python/scripts/mri_sclimbic_seg --s HAB_008_CST_2.4 Excluding seg [853] Using CPU Illegal instruction (core dumped)

Check if you see the following output for these commands,
% which mri_sclimbic_seg /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/bin/mri_sclimbic_seg
% which fspython /usr/local/freesurfer/7.4.1/bin/fspython
Try running that command as listed below followed by your own arguments to it, i.e. try,
% bash -x `which mri_sclimbic_seg` --s HAB_008_CST_2.4
... and send along the output ...
