Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I'm attempting to compute the FreeSurfer outputs for one of my subjects. I get the following error when I run the recon-all command: ERROR: talairach_afd: Talairach Transform: transforms/talairach.xfm ***FAILED*** (p=0.0077, pval=0.0000 < threshold=0.0050)
I've searched the list and one similar error has been reportedhttps://secure-web.cisco.com/1mb7ICnEk6d7MX8y2VUywYPvb7bDBqwKBiUBJRRl0MYz9P8lP8M5sXxPQ7SKXp2Jvq7wB9T8FKIUuSNIvzVMslPiAffbXBch4I1MTKohkO14YiCgQDzqHjvCFLBIjFOpDD8aCwaAocTS7VEM6EmzuJfHWUfj4lPrBdQNCzIiLkEiAwHrpFvl8HX6l3vpNQphPQkLtzQFo3j-Ufd43ITLjYIqrwIQZtFL_MWvjxTIOcq0Su-QwTyRzmx3P4lUUfst0MVDBVh4hGL-mm6jf8h3Obz2eUzRwYnG-Hk9SHwi780VLU4XD0EZmuZ0yA7zgMchh/https%3A%2F%2Fneurostars.org%2Ft%2Ffmriprep-1-1-1-anat-only-troubleshooting-talairach-afd-error%2F2134%2F14 in fMRIPrep. However, I am not sure how to implement this on the platform. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this one? Also, I've attached the recon-all.log in case it's of any use.
