hmmm, it appears in my version of 7.4.1. Are you sure it is not there? If not, then you can just copy it from 7.2 to 7.4.1

I am trying to segment the subunits of the hypothalamus using FreeSurfer 7.4.1, but the segment_subregions command does not include an option for the hypothalamus in this version. I found that version 7.2.0 includes the command mri_segment_hypothalamic_subunits, but this command is not executable in version 7.4.1.
My questions are:
- Do I have to downgrade to 7.2.0 to use this function?
- Why was this function discontinued in version 7.4? Was it removed due to defects or other issues?
- Is there any alternative way to segment the hypothalamus in FreeSurfer 7.4.1?
