All that gives me is FSLTCLSH=/usr/local/fsl/bin/fsltclsh
Should I get rid of that line then?

are there any tcl vars defined in your enviro? in other words, typing this:
env | grep TCL
should turn-up nothing. if some other tcl/tk libs are active, then that could be the source of the problem.

hmmm, the only time I've seen this happen is when there's a version mismatch for opengl or tcl or something. Nick: any ideas? On Tue, 27 Jul 2010, Katie Bettencourt wrote:

Hi Katie,
do you see any errors in the window that you typed the tksurfer

I am having a problem others have had before, but that I can't seem

any resolution to in the archives. When I open tksurfer I can't use

me type or delete anything, making it next to impossible to use.
I'm running Freesurfer4.5.0 on linux - Red Hat 4.1.2-48 (Centos 5.5)
I checked my .cshrc file and couldn't find any issues there. Any
other
help please?
