I'm using Freesurfer version 5.1.0 and recon-all keeps exiting with errors during the intensity correction step. The error reads:

recon-all -s 402_1 exited with ERRORS at Thu Nov 1 13:19:28 PDT 2012
Any ideas about what might be going wrong?
