Hi,
I ran the first two steps of recon-all and it completed with no errors. I took a look at the inflated brain and it (the shape) does not seem right. There are some dimples, bumps etc which I know how to fix but I cant seem to figure out what is causing the deformed shape. If you could give me a pointer or two regarding this, it would be very helpful.
