Hi Nandita,

do you care about having small bumps in the inflated? It's topologically correct. You can always inflate more if you want:

cd $SUBJECTS_DIR/$subject/surf mris_inflate -n 1 lh.inflated lh.inflated.more

-n 1 tells it to run 1 iteration.
