My categories are Patients, healthy control, age, TIV, father age, mother age. Where age & TIV are covariates of no interest. and father and mother age are covariates of interest.
I have already preprocessed the data (recon-all), but how can i proceed? Any online guide on steps for surface analysis? also making a design such as the above?
