Thank you for your quick reply.
Below are the preproc log files for the subjects that have no mprextreg file.
The selxavg3 files are coded differently(separately for left, and right hemisphere and mni305 - I am not sure if that’s the way they should be coded) but I managed to find the corresponding right hemisphere ones and providing those as an example. Please see below and please let me know if you need left hemisphere and mni305 as well.
