Hello
Im doing a thalamus volumetric analysis between two populations and checking the thalamus segmentation I found some pixels classified as white matter hipointensities inside the thalamus. Do they affect the volume measure of this structure reported by FreeSurfer. In the positive case, how can I fix that problem? I attached an image.
