Hi Freesurfer experts,
I just starting using slice time correction with a given slice order during pre-processing: preproc-sess -s GDDA001 -surface fsaverage lhrh -mni305 -so siemens -fwhm 5 -per-run
Previously I had been using the same command, but without the -so designation. Out of curiosity, without that flag was it running slice time correction by default? And if it was, what slice order was it using by default?
