Hi there. we have been doing some white matter corrections, based on the wiki instructions. After filling in some missing voxels we ran ...autorecon2-wm autorecon3 ... but it doesn't look like the white matter was corrected. See the attached to images with the wm.mgz and brainmask after the autorecon steps. the corrected area is marked with a red circle
