When I have tried to create a surface from a specific subject, freesurfer recon-all existed with ERRORS (log file attached)
The first run suggested the use of wsatlas. Even with this, the watershed algorithm did not think the segmentation was correct.
I have had others try to process this data on a Mac, but it appears to hang the computer.
The T1 surfaces look ok
