Dear FS experts,
I used the spatiotemporal LME MATLAB toolbox to fit to my longitudinal data and performed some ad-hoc tests using the FDR2 correction.
I obtained some significant vertices on the fixed effect of slope (rate of change of cortical thickness - i.e. beta coefficient on time was significant).
I would like to proceed to show if individual variability in rate of change of cortical thickness - i.e. beta + random coefficient on time is correlated with any clinical and cognition measures.
May I know how can this be done? I do not seem to be able to do so from the output of lme_mass_fit_Rgw.
