I used recon-all of FreeSurfer to process data in NIfTi format. recon-all exited with ERRORS at Mon Aug 23 08:48:28 CST 2010
The command I used is "recon-all -s subID -all -i /xxx/xxx...". The complete log can be found in attached file. What the problem it may be ? Would you please help me ? Thanks very much.
