Hi, have you gone through the earlier stages to see if something went wrong? Look at the troubleshooting section of the wiki for more info. I don't think it has anything to do with nifit, but it is better to start with dicom if possible.

The command I used is "recon-all -s subID -all -i /xxx/xxx...". The complete log can be found in attached file. What the problem it may be ? Would you please help me ? Thanks very much.
