Hi Jürgen - There is no bvecslist option. Currently there is no support for multiple bvecs files in one configuration file but it's certainly something that can be added to the next release. For now you'd have to change the configuration file accordingly for each subject with a different bvecs file.

Or I could make the change now and send you a patched version of the trac-* scripts, since it's something potentially useful to a lot of people and not major :)
