Hi Freesurfer Experts,
I successfully used FreeSurfer to segment (sub)cortical GM using the "recon-all" pipeline, and I am wondering now how to control the final thickness of segmented GM. In other words, for a single subject, I want to obtain GM masks and parcels that are volumetrically thicker/thinner.
Is there some FreeSurfer parameter I can vary?
Thanks for your help,
Daniele
Hi Daniele
I guess you could play with the intensity thresholds in mris_make_surfaces, although we do try to do this in an intensity-independent manner (to first order)
