Bruce,
I've redefined the precuneus on 10 subjects and I would like to somehow be
able to incorporate my defintion of the precuneus in the recon stream to
about 150 other subjects so I don't have to do it manually on each subject.
I've made labels of the precuneus and moved neighboring ROIs to accommodate
the difference. What would you suggest doing to make this possible?
Thanks for your help,
Katie
