External Email - Use Caution
Hello FreeSurfer Developers, I am attempting to produce watershed surfaces (inner_skull, outer skull, outer skin, brain). I plan to use these for EEG functional connectivity analyses. However, they turn out faulty (image attached). Any insights as to why this might be happening?
