Dear All,
I ran the following script: recon-all -i /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/NCKU-0003-0000-00001.dcm -s S002_ba -sd /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/ -all -ba_labels and got the error below at the end. Could anybody please let me know how to fix it.

Now it's ok.
I checked the OSX version. My OSX version was 10.9.5.
I removed the XQuartz 2.7.7 and installed 2.7.5
I run this command is below
recon-all -all -i /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/NCKU-0003-0000-00001.dcm -s S002_20151005
( remove -sd and -ba_labels)
thank you for your help.
